For Livee

So, I have been trying to stay busy since Chris has been gone and with my neice's birthday coming up (and since her aunt neglected to send anything when she was born) I made this dress with bloomers. I was going to wait and post it later, after she got it, but later may never come. So, Lib, you still have to be surprised when you get it. It is cuter in person. I hope if fits. I am worried that the arms might be a little too tight. You can adjust the elastic if you need to.
