My Funny Valentines

These are some valentines I made this year. I thought they turned out cute. It is a little box that slides open and then inside is just enough room to put 8 hershey nuggets.
This first one I made and sent to Chris. He is a star wars fan, I thought he would get a kick out of it. "Yo da one for me!" And then on the inside I covered the nuggets with little star wars sayings.

I also made one for each of the girls. Their's was a little less labor intensive, but fun for them. They always ask me when I make stuff like this if they can have one too, and usually the anwer is no, so they will be surprised when they open their lunch tomorrow.
And then I made some for my visiting teaching people. Inside is a list of qualities that were mentioned in this months message.
These little boxes are fun and easy to make and would work for about anything. I got the idea from www.lifefrosting.blogspot.com. She has a picture of one that used as a gift to give to their primaty teachers. You could adapt for anything. I have the pattern if anyone wants one, let me know and I can email it to you.

Very cute and creative. Where is mine!J/K Your kids should be getting a Valentine in the mail but they probably won't get it on v-day.

Those are awesome! I really like the Star Wars one for Chris; pretty funny. Aaron's a fan, too. Maybe I should make one for him; so could you pass along that pattern?
